We are happy to offer you free returns on all orders placed on puma.com within the next 45 days of purchase. You can return your PUMA * products in their original condition for a full refund.
To start the FREE return of your order, click on MY ACCOUNT if it is a registered user. Otherwise, click HERE (Order number required from the order and shipping confirmation emails the customer service team sent.) From there, you will be able to print a prepaid shipping label for all returns from the States – Continental United, Alaska and Hawaii. Make sure you write down your return tracking number.
