Ulm – Bundesliga basketball team ratiopharm Ulm has signed Brazilian Cristiano Felicio from the former NBA champion Chicago Bulls.
The 29-year-old center comes to Ulm with the experience of 258 games in the best league in the world, as the club announced. “This is really an unusual obligation,” said Ulm’s sports director Thorsten Leibenath about the transfer coup. “Despite offers from strong European leagues, he quickly made it clear that he would very much like to play in Ulm.” Felicio had been under contract in Chicago for the past six seasons. In Ulm he receives a one-year contract.
