Robinson Wellfit Rheinbach hosts three-day open house event

The Robinson Wellfit Rheinbach facility has launched a three-day open house event, inviting the public to tour the premises and participate in various fitness sessions starting today. The initiative aims to provide potential members with a firsthand look at the club’s training environment and operational procedures.

Club director Stephanie Giesers stated that the event is designed for those who want to observe the facility before committing to a membership. “Many would like to see what it looks like here and how the training works first. That is exactly what these days are for,” Giesers said.

Training sessions and health assessments

The opening schedule features a variety of fitness formats, including Hyrox, Zumba, Yoga, and Bodypump. Beyond group classes, the club is offering specialized health diagnostics, such as InBody body composition measurements, back scans, and grip strength testing. Visitors can also consult with the coaching staff regarding the mechanics of Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) and general fitness inquiries.

Educational components of the event include seminars on posture and the challenges of weight loss in daily life. Additional information sessions cover topics such as corporate fitness programs, acupuncture, and biorevitalization. Members of the club are supported by a staff of physiotherapists and trainers who assist with personalized training plans.

Family activities and community guests

The event will feature a dedicated family day, during which parents and children can participate in joint workouts, including Hyrox Family, Zumba Family, and yoga sessions. The local baseball team, the Bonn Capitals, recently secured the German Baseball Championship title and are scheduled to make an appearance at the club this Sunday.

The Sunday program also includes activities for children, such as baseball-themed games, face painting, and crafts. The local fire department is also slated to participate in the day’s events. For those interested in health-related topics, the schedule includes presentations on pain management, relaxation techniques, micronutrients, and athletic training.

Focusing on recovery and facility amenities

The final day of the open house, Monday, will focus on recovery and wellness. The club will continue to offer health diagnostics, including back scans and InBody measurements, alongside presentations centered on relaxation and physical regeneration. Following the training sessions, visitors are invited to use the sauna and designated quiet rooms.

The Robinson Wellfit Rheinbach facility operates year-round, with regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekends. The site also houses the 1,800-square-meter Roby Dome indoor playground and the Robinson Jump trampoline park.

Open house prize draw

Attendees have the opportunity to enter a raffle during the three-day event, with three months of free training offered as the prize. Participants can register for the draw on-site at the Rheinbach location.
