Burrow threw a touchdown pass to Tee Higgins in the end zone to maintain the Bengals’ advantage, bringing the score to 31-17. While the game remained competitive for a period, Atlanta faced significant hurdles in the final 15 minutes.
An offensive foul and a missed field goal attempt by Folk prevented the Falcons from gaining momentum late in the game. As scoring slowed in the final period, Evan McPherson sealed the victory for Cincinnati with a field goal four minutes before the end of regulation.
