Paris will transform into the capital of racquet sports for three days in April 2027 when Paris Expo Porte de Versailles hosts the inaugural Paris Racket Playground. Running from April 16 to 18, 2027, the 10,000-square-meter event will bring together both amateurs and professionals across tennis, padel, badminton, table tennis, pickleball, and squash.
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles hosts the inaugural event
Organized by the event agency Playground, the three-day salon will occupy 10,000 square meters of exhibition space at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The gathering was initially presented under the name Salon des Sports de Raquettes before adopting its current title. The venue will feature product innovations, specialized equipment displays, and spaces dedicated to the economic stakeholders driving the racquet sports sector.
Activities, exhibition zones, and the Paris Night Racket Show
Organizers have scheduled a diverse lineup of interactive programming and competitive showcases for the debut edition. The Friday night opening features the Paris Night Racket Show, which combines a fashion show, a DJ set, and entertainment. Alongside it, the Multi Racket Challenge will pit professional champions against one another in racquet sports outside their usual disciplines. The Racket Experience Zone will open courts to the general public for supervised coaching sessions, precision challenges, and speed testing, complemented by professional player exhibitions.
Conferences, masterclasses, and ticketing details
Beyond the playing courts, the schedule includes conferences, round tables, masterclasses, and autograph sessions featuring professional athletes, coaches, and industry experts. The event targets both the general public and trade professionals, with various ticketing options planned. Ticket sales are scheduled to open by the end of 2026, while organizers will gradually release detailed programming and the roster of participating athletes.
