Paris Basketball: Hifi and Ntilikina could return, BeBasket reports

Paris Basketball could welcome back guards Nadir Hifi and Frank Ntilikina for their upcoming European road trip, BeBasket reported, providing a boost to a squad that has one win and six losses in the EuroLeague.

Squad Traveling for Dubai and Maccabi Tel-Aviv Fixtures

The two French internationals have traveled with the Paris squad ahead of Tuesday’s away fixture against Dubai at 17:00 local time, followed by a matchup against Maccabi Tel-Aviv on Thursday at 20:05. Paris Basketball enters the double-header seeking stability after dropping their opening matches in continental play.

Nadir Hifi has missed the team’s last three European defeats—against Virtus Bologna, Crvena Zvezda, and Valencia—due to a left ankle injury sustained during a Betclic ELITE victory over SIG Strasbourg on October 11. Before the injury, Hifi averaged over 20 points per game across all competitions. His availability for the Dubai encounter will be a game-time decision determined by how his ankle responds during pre-game warmups.

Frank Ntilikina Awaits Rhythm After Muscle Issues

Frank Ntilikina makes the trip after an extended absence due to muscular discomfort. The Olympic silver medalist has not appeared in a game since October 4, limiting him to just three appearances this season. In those outings, he averaged 1.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 0.7 assists across 13 minutes per contest.

Both players aim to integrate back into head coach Maxime Lefèvre’s rotation as Paris searches for its first away win in EuroLeague play. If either player is deemed unfit to take the floor during the Middle East swing, their next opportunity to return will arrive domestically on Sunday when Paris hosts Élan Chalon in Betclic ELITE action.
