Organized by the Lushong District Party Committee and District Government, and undertaken by the District Federation of Trade Unions, the tournament brought together more than 300 participants representing 34 enterprises and public institutions across the district.

The competition featured five distinct categories: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. Organizers structured the event using a round-robin group stage followed by a single-elimination knockout phase. Matches featured precise drop shots and powerful smashes across the two-day schedule, drawing vocal crowds to the venue.

Competition concluded with several organizations capturing podium finishes in the team standings. The District Party Committee representative team secured first place in the first-class group awards, while the District Party Committee United Front system team finished second.

The District Government team, Chengchao Company, and the District People's Congress team earned third-class honors. Additionally, the District Education Bureau, Qingyun Street, and Aero Engine Gas Turbine (Zhuzhou) Company received outstanding organization awards during the closing ceremonies.

Health Services and Interactive Events Support the Schedule

Zhuzhou 331 Hospital provided medical oversight throughout the matches, while commercial sponsors including Hunan Runxiangyuan Food and Jiahong Stomatology contributed logistical backing and interactive fan activities.

District Leaders Issue Implementation Charge

District officials attended the closing ceremony to award trophies and address participants. Leaders urged employees to channel the determination displayed on the court into their professional duties, aligning athletic performance with regional economic and social development goals.
