Cameroon Names 28-Player Squad for Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers

Cameroon national team head coach David Pagou has named a 28-player squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against Namibia, featuring four goalkeepers, ten defenders, ten midfielders, and four forwards.

The Indomitable Lions are scheduled to face Namibia on November 12 at Japoma Stadium before traveling to Windhoek for the return fixture in the third and fourth rounds of the qualifiers for the tournament in Morocco.

Pagou’s roster includes three players from the domestic league. Alongside Édouard Sombang, the squad features Eyango Priso, an alternate winger with Colombe Sportive du Dja et Lobo.
