Aryna Sabalenka and Top Tennis Stars to Compete at Inspire Arena

Six of the world’s top-ranked women’s tennis stars will compete in a three-day invitational tournament at the Inspire Arena in Incheon, South Korea, this December. The event, titled “Hyundai Card Culture Project 32,” is scheduled for December 25–27, featuring a mix of current Grand Slam champions and rising stars competing for a total prize pool of $1.1 million.

The Field of Six Elite Competitors

The tournament lineup features a diverse group of tennis stars representing different generations and playing styles. The field includes Aryna Sabalenka, who has held the world number one ranking for 99 weeks, and Iga Świątek, a six-time Grand Slam champion. They are joined by 2026 Grand Slam two-time winner Elena Rybakina and Naomi Osaka, the first Asian player—male or female—to achieve a world number one ranking.

The roster is rounded out by two of the sport’s most notable younger talents: 21-year-old Mirra Andreeva, the youngest French Open women’s singles champion of the 21st century, and Jasmine Paolini, a gold medalist in women’s doubles at the Paris Olympics. According to event organizers, the tournament aims to showcase the current and future state of women’s professional tennis.

Matches Take Place at Inspire Arena

The competition will take place over three days at the Inspire Arena on Yeongjong Island, Incheon, comprising five matches in total. The schedule begins on December 25 with two quarterfinal matches. The top two seeded players will receive byes directly into the semifinals, which are set for December 26, followed by the championship final on December 27.

Organizers have also planned fan engagement events outside of the match schedule. On December 24, a pre-tournament event will be held at the Naver 1784 headquarters in the company’s XR production studio, “Vision Stage,” allowing fans to interact with the participating athletes. Fans who purchase tickets for all five matches will be entered into a lottery for a chance to participate in a "one-point clinic" where they can receive direct instruction from the professional players.

Naver Plus Members Buy Event Tickets

Tickets for the event go on sale starting October 27 at 12:00 p.m. local time via Naver. The sales process is restricted to Naver Plus Membership members and Hyundai Card holders. A 10% discount is available for those who complete their purchase using a Hyundai Card issued through Naver. Organizers from Sema Sports Marketing noted that the event is designed to provide local tennis fans with a rare opportunity to see high-level professional play in person rather than through television broadcasts.
