Netflix has struck a multi-year commercial distribution agreement with EverPass Media to bring its full slate of live NFL content to bars, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial venues nationwide. The partnership expands an existing relationship that previously delivered the streaming platform’s Christmas Day NFL games to commercial establishments over the past two seasons.
Streaming NFL Slate Expands to Commercial Venues
Under the newly expanded agreement, commercial establishments across the United States will gain authorized access to Netflix’s growing live NFL schedule for the 2026 season and beyond.
Venues will also carry the league’s first-ever Thanksgiving Eve game on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, featuring a clash between the Green Bay Packers and the Los Angeles Rams. The broadcast slate continues on Friday, December 25, 2026, with a Christmas Day doubleheader matching the Green Bay Packers against the Chicago Bears, followed by the Buffalo Bills facing the Denver Broncos. Regular-season coverage concludes with a Week 18 matchup scheduled for Saturday, January 9, 2027.
“Netflix continues to bring some of the NFL’s biggest moments to fans, and we’re excited to expand our partnership to make those events available to commercial businesses across the U.S.,” EverPass Media CEO Alex Kaplan said in a statement. “Digital distribution has fundamentally changed how audiences access content, and EverPass was built to help commercial businesses keep up with that evolution.”
Awards Show and Distribution Framework
In addition to regular-season games, the agreement covers the annual NFL Honors awards show during Super Bowl week.

“By providing a simple, authorized way to access premium live events, we help bars, restaurants and other venues deliver the games that matter most to customers,” Kaplan said. “Adding Netflix’s NFL live events to EverPass further strengthens our offering, giving establishments access to even more must-see events that drive engagement and create memorable experiences.”
Alongside the direct deal with Netflix, EverPass Media finalized a separate multi-year agreement with DirecTV for Business. Under that arrangement, DirecTV will market, sell, and distribute the Netflix NFL games and other premium sports programming to commercial customers across the country.
Corporate Growth and Upcoming Acquisition
The multi-year distribution pact coincides with a major ownership transition for EverPass Media. The platform, which initially launched as the exclusive commercial distributor of NFL Sunday Ticket in the United States, agreed to be acquired by DAZN for an undisclosed amount. The transaction aims to pair EverPass’s U.S. commercial distribution network with DAZN’s global sports streaming scale, with plans to rebrand the platform as DAZN for Business following regulatory approvals.

The acquisition is expected to close pending the receipt of required regulatory clearances.
