Executive Vice Chairman František Čupr addressed the club’s current trajectory following Sunday’s loss, emphasizing shared responsibility across the organization. “We have behind us one of the worst starts by Sparta to the league in a long time. It is far from what our fans and we ourselves expect from Sparta. We all bear responsibility for this—the management, the coaching staff, and the players,” Čupr stated. He added that the club expects rapid improvement following these adjustments and will evaluate future steps based on subsequent performances.

Sporting Director Tomáš Rosický Backs Squad Potential

Sporting Director Tomáš Rosický confirmed that the club intends to add new personnel to the technical staff to inject fresh momentum into the squad. “The entry into the season did not go well for us at all in terms of results or performance, and we must give the team a new impulse. I am convinced that we have very high-quality players whose potential we have not yet managed to fully utilize. It is up to all of us now to prove that on the pitch,” Rosický noted.
