The high-stakes season finale, officially styled as the Hyundai Archery World Cup Final, puts local pride on an international stage. Per state sports officials, local representation forms a massive backbone for the Mexican national squad at this weekend’s showcase. Four elite archers hailing directly from Coahuila—Ana Paula Vázquez, Dafne Quintero, Sebastián García, and Matías Grande—earned their places on the roster to compete against the world’s finest specialists across compound and recurve divisions.
High-Level International Exposure for Saltillo
The opening ceremony brought together key state and sports leadership to inaugurate the venue. Organizers confirmed that the competition is being broadcast live to more than 70 countries, projecting the city’s sports infrastructure and cultural footprint onto a massive global screen.

Following a dedicated practice session held Friday, September 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local venue time, the medal matches take center stage over the weekend in downtown Saltillo. The event schedule is structured cleanly across two primary disciplines:
- Saturday, September 12 (Compound Finals): Men’s division runs from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; women’s division follows from 14:00 to 16:00 hours.
- Sunday, September 13 (Recurve Finals): Men’s matches are scheduled from 10:00 to 12:00 hours, concluding with the women’s finals from 14:00 to 16:00 hours.
According to event organizers, tickets are priced at 200 pesos per session and remain available directly at the venue box office or via the Boletomóvil digital platform.
