Alcatraz AI has appointed former Meta technical partnerships leader Bobby Louissaint as its first Head of Business Development, according to a September 3, 2026 corporate announcement. Louissaint steps into the newly created position to scale the company’s footprint across data centers, AI infrastructure, enterprise access, and executive protection markets.
Scaling Physical Security Across High-Stakes Verticals
Alcatraz AI has established a strong foothold in sectors demanding rigorous certifications and high-level security clearances, including financial institutions, airports, nuclear and energy infrastructure, and hyperscale data centers.
Beyond tech infrastructure, the company’s client roster reaches into Fortune 100 corporations, universities, hospitals, high-net-worth individuals, and professional sports organizations in the NFL and NBA.
Industry Background and Strategic Mandate
Louissaint transitions to Alcatraz AI after serving as Head of Technical Partnership Engagement within Global Systems Services & Technology at Meta. His career also includes leadership positions at legacy access control firms such as ADT, Tyco, and Johnson Controls, alongside AI-native security firm Ambient AI. This career trajectory provides him with deep operational experience across both traditional badge-based systems and modern biometric platforms.
“I’ve led technical evaluations as both an integrator and end user for hyperscale enterprise operations my whole career, putting the world’s leading security products through their paces,” Louissaint said in the announcement. “What’s clear is we need access control to control access. Tailgating is the most challenging issue in physical security, and after evaluating countless biometric solutions, Alcatraz AI stood out as the clear game-changer.”
In addition to his corporate background, Louissaint maintains a prominent presence within the physical security sector. He serves on the board of the Security Industry Association (SIA) and previously chaired SPARC, SIA’s Technical End User Forum—a steering committee comprising security leaders from major tech and entertainment enterprises including Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Disney, and TikTok. He is also active in workforce development via the International Organization of Black Security Executives (IOBSE) and SCEA, a division of The Security Foundation (TSF).
Tackling the Tailgating Challenge
Alcatraz AI CEO Tina D’Agostin emphasized that Louissaint’s direct experience working with hyperscalers on complex security demands aligns closely with the company’s current growth trajectory. “As Alcatraz’s growth explodes in AI infrastructure and data centers, Bobby’s experience leading technical partnerships at Meta means he has worked directly with hyperscalers on some of the most demanding security requirements in the industry,” D’Agostin stated.

Earlier in the year, Alcatraz AI published a national study on tailgating—unauthorized followers slipping through secure entry points—which revealed that half of Americans have never used the term “tailgating” to describe a security breach despite its frequency. Louissaint will oversee the translation of these metrics into strategic partnerships across hyperscale, enterprise, and executive-protection markets.
