Throughout the 2025–2026 season, nearly 80 children—including club licensees and players from outside organizations—participated in youth training sessions organized by JAM Basketball. The clinics were supervised by club employee Chakir Boutbibe. According to club president Emmanuel Lépine, these sessions are designed to help young athletes refine their technical skills while introducing them to different competitive formats, specifically 3×3 and 5×5 basketball. The club’s summer programming ran across four days on July 13, 15, 16, and 17, focusing on both skill progression and shared community experiences.
Reward Trip to Plomodiern and Cultural Exchange
To reward player commitment and mark the end of the competitive calendar, JAM Basketball organized a week-long trip to Plomodiern in Brittany for 13 players aged 12 to 15. Five club volunteers accompanied the group. The excursion followed a similar developmental trip organized in Normandy the previous year. Alongside recreational activities—including cinema visits, a theme park, bowling, minigolf, and swimming—the itinerary featured a dedicated athletic exchange hosted by the basketball club in Quimperlé. This matchup allowed the young players from the Sarthe department to test their skills against regional peers, exchange tactical perspectives, and build on-court chemistry in a new environment.
