Real Betis has completed the permanent transfer of right-back Pablo Busto from its reserve squad to Spanish third-tier side UD Ibiza. According to club announcements, the transaction was agreed upon at zero cost, though the Seville-based club has retained a percentage of the 20-year-old defender’s future economic rights for potential subsequent transfers.

Busto originally held a contract with Real Betis running through June 2027, following a renewal agreement finalized during the previous summer transfer window.

During the 2023-24 campaign, Busto earned his senior team debut under manager Manuel Pellegrini, making two official La Liga appearances for Real Betis.
