The Roland-Garros Tennis Club is officially returning to Paris for its second summer, bringing a month-long celebration of domestic competition and fan engagement to the historic Porte d’Auteuil venue, according to announcements from the Fédération Française de Tennis (FFT).
Running across two distinct blocks—with the first session spanning from June 14 to July 3, and the second session scheduled from August 15 to August 23—the event offers free public access to the iconic stadium grounds. Last year’s inaugural edition drew more than 60,000 visitors to the site, combining elite youth and amateur tennis with interactive public courts and entertainment programming.
Stade Roland-Garros Hosting 29 Days of National Championships
At the center of the Roland-Garros Tennis Club schedule are the final phases of the French tennis and para-tennis championships. Over 29 days of competitive action, the top players from regional and departmental circuits across France will compete for national titles across 18 tennis categories and 12 para-tennis categories.
According to the FFT, this year’s tournament expands its scope to include a new category for players aged 85 and older, alongside four divisions for deaf and hard-of-hearing competitors. The 15–16 age group division moves to the opening summer session, while the Suzanne-Lenglen court will host the semifinals and finals for the second series.
Past winners of these domestic titles include notable international stars such as Yannick Noah, Richard Gasquet, Gaël Monfils, Marion Bartoli, Kristina Mladenovic, and Lucas Pouille.
Public Court Access and Parvis Animations
Beyond the tournament draws, the event transforms the grounds surrounding the Suzanne-Lenglen court into an active sports and social zone. Visitors can participate in organized activities including urban tennis, pickleball, pétanque, and a dedicated smash corner.
A central feature of the fan experience involves hitting sessions on the famous Suzanne-Lenglen court itself. Open slots run on weekday evenings from 17:00 to 19:00 local time alongside weekend sessions from 13:00 to 19:00 local time, giving participants a chance to play on the clay alongside certified instructors and, during select weekend windows, high-level players.
Evenings during the opening session also feature Thursday night afterwork gatherings complete with live DJ sets and a full on-site dining and refreshment setup operating from morning through the evening.
Broadcast Schedule and Ticketing Details
Fans unable to attend the Porte d’Auteuil venue in person can follow select matches through expanded digital coverage. The FFT has confirmed that four marquee youth finals will be broadcast live on its official YouTube channel, featuring the 13/14 age group final on June 18, the 11/12 final on June 19, the 15/16 final on June 21, and the 17/18 final on August 21.
While admission to the Roland-Garros Tennis Club is entirely free, visitors must download their entry tickets online in advance. Registration for the opening June session is available now, while digital passes for the August 15–23 session open on August 10 via the tournament’s official ticketing platform.
The venue is accessible via Porte 25 at the intersection of 16 boulevard d’Auteuil and Rue des arts, with gates opening daily at 10:00 local time and remaining open until the conclusion of the final matches.
