Emmy Award-winning actor Terry O’Quinn, widely known for his work in Lost and The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, steps into the role of the enigmatic Richard, according to company press releases. Richard serves as the catalyst for the narrative by summoning the protagonist back to the remote Scottish town of St. Amelia. As the journey unfolds, Richard’s ties to the town’s grim history become impossible to ignore.
Jovan Adepo, recognized for roles in The Odyssey, IT: Welcome to Derry, and 3 Body Problem, stars as the protagonist, Simon Ordell. Simon is called back to St. Amelia to set things right, waking up in the isolated locale with sparse memories and immediate questions. His trek through the settlement is shaped by cryptic messages, fragmented recollections, and a peculiar portable television known as the CRTV.
Kezia Burrows, whose previous credits include Observation, portrays Zoe, a compassionate nurse. Zoe reaches Simon through the static-filled signals of the CRTV, urging him to return to her. Because she cannot ignore the suffering of others, her fate intertwines deeply with the residents and defining events of St. Amelia.

Developers have built Silent Hill: Townfall entirely from a first-person perspective, requiring players controlling Simon to scour environments, evade hazards, and fight for survival using a restricted inventory of weapons and tools.
