The Winter Edition of the Illumina Caivano Camp concluded its holiday activities at the Centro Sportivo “Pino Daniele” in Caivano, drawing a total participation of over 250 children and teenagers between the ages of 6 and 16, according to reports from Fitarco Campania. Promoted by Sport e Salute, the multi-day youth camp ran across specific dates spanning late December 2025 and early January 2026, offering young residents structured athletic engagement during the school winter break.
Archery as a Core Educational Discipline
Among the various sports featured during the camp schedule, target archery emerged as a primary focus for participants. According to Fitarco Campania, the archery sessions were designed to teach fundamental athletic control, mental concentration, adherence to safety rules, and precise body awareness. Technical instruction on the ground was directed by FITARCO coach Pasquale Del Piano. The coaching staff structured the program around a blend of playful exercises, hands-on target practice, and introductory guided shooting experiences tailored for young beginners.

The day-to-day execution of the archery program relied heavily on regional sports infrastructure. Fitarco Campania noted that the local club 15051 – A.S.D. Arcieri Primavera provided essential technical and organizational support for the camp.
