Building on this momentum, A Rúa hosted the first-ever Galician 3D Archery Championship on May 10, 2025. Organized by Arqueiros do Sil, the event attracted around 50 archers from 16 different clubs. Despite challenging weather conditions, including heavy rain, the competition proceeded as planned. The 3D archery format involves shooting arrows at three-dimensional animal figures placed at varying distances, testing both precision and resilience.

More recently, on October 25th, 2025, A Rúa’s municipal pavilion played host to the opening of the Galician indoor archery league.
