13th OPEN Eugène Prost: Mâcon Judo Hosts National Competition with 220 Athletes

Beyond the competition, organizers incorporated community initiatives including a road safety awareness program conducted by Macif, which engaged 100 participants. Special awards were presented for young referees and sports commissioners in the minime and cadet categories, as noted by Mireille Fouilloux, a volunteer professor and official referee with the French Judo Federation.
The event awarded the Coupe MBA (Mâconnais Beaujolais Agglomération) to the club demonstrating the greatest representation and longest travel distance, recognizing CO Sartrouville Judo for their significant participation despite geographical challenges.
