The pre-opening period runs from April 18 to April 30, with courts accessible daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.

According to official announcements from the foundation, the early access is possible due to favorable snowmelt conditions and steady progress in court maintenance work. The foundation stated that preparations advanced more smoothly than initially anticipated, allowing for the earlier-than-planned availability of the facilities.

During this pre-opening phase, individual players may use the courts at no cost. However, all users must complete a check-in process at the Nakashibetsu Town General Gymnasium office before accessing the courts. Each session is limited to a maximum of two hours, though extensions may be granted depending on current usage conditions and court availability.

The foundation has specified that only individual use is permitted during the pre-opening period; group reservations or exclusive team bookings are not available until the official season opens. Restroom facilities for court users are located in the adjacent General Gymnasium building.
