Dubrovnik, Croatia – A total of sixteen goals were scored across six matches in the latest round of fixtures in the 1.Županijska nogometna liga, with mixed fortunes for the region’s clubs. Orebić and BŠK Zmaj both claimed victories, whereas Omladinac and Hajduk 1932 suffered defeats.
Orebić secured a valuable away win against Župa dubrovačka, continuing their impressive recent form. The match, played at Na Taranteli in Čibača, was decided by a single goal from league leading scorer Nikola Čep. This marks the third consecutive match in which Orebić have emerged victorious, and Čep now boasts an impressive tally of 14 goals for the season.
BŠK Zmaj continue to challenge at the top of the table, moving into second place after a convincing 3-1 win over Gusar. Elsewhere in the league, Croatia defeated Sokol in an away match, and league leaders Konavljanin were 1-0 victors against Slaven.
