Ticket Sales Phased Approach
Sigma Olomouc has implemented a phased ticket sales approach to prioritize season ticket holders and reward loyal fans. All ticket sales this week will be conducted exclusively online through Ticketportal.
First Wave (March 3, 4:00 PM – March 5, 4:00 PM CET) – Season Ticket Holders
The first wave of ticket sales begins Tuesday at 4:00 PM CET and is exclusively for season ticket holders. Each season ticket holder will be permitted to purchase up to four tickets. A 25% discount will be applied to all tickets purchased during this initial phase as a benefit for the club’s most dedicated supporters.
It’s essential to note that season ticket holders are not guaranteed their usual assigned seats due to necessary blocks and reservations required by the club and UEFA. To access the sale, season ticket holders must log in to Ticketportal using their season ticket number and verification code, as printed on their season ticket.
Second Wave (March 5, 4:20 PM – March 7, 4:00 PM CET) – “Zero” Season Ticket Holders
The second wave opens on Thursday at 4:20 PM CET and extends to Saturday at 4:00 PM CET, offering access to those holding so-called “zero” season tickets. Similar to the first wave, a maximum of four tickets can be purchased per season ticket.
The 25% discount offered in the first wave will not be available during the second wave; tickets will be sold at full price. Again, season ticket holders are not guaranteed their regular seating locations. Access requires logging into Ticketportal with the season ticket number and verification code.
Third Wave (March 7, 4:20 PM – March 12, 9:00 PM CET)
Starting Saturday, a third wave will open to fans who have purchased tickets for Sigma Olomouc’s domestic matches (Chance Liga and European competitions) online through Ticketportal this season. Access will be granted via a unique code sent to the email address associated with their Ticketportal account. The purchase limit remains at four tickets per person.
Ticket Office Sales (March 9 & 10 | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET)
For fans who prefer in-person purchases, the main ticket office at Andrův stadion, located next to the Fan Shop, will be open on Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET.
Please note: the ticket offices at Andrův stadion will be closed on Wednesday and on the day of the match.
South Stand Tickets – Via SLO
Tickets for the South Stand, the designated area for Sigma Olomouc’s most passionate supporters (the “kotel”), will be available from Thursday via a special link. Fans can request the link through the club’s SLO (Supporters’ Liaison Officer), Zbyněk Müller, by emailing [email protected].
