Aude Archery: 70 Archers Compete in Limoux Departmental Championship 2024

Limoux, France – The Limoux archery club hosted the Aude departmental championships this past Sunday, January 25th, welcoming 70 archers from across the region. The competition saw strong performances from clubs including Castelnaudary, Bizanet, Carcassonne, Montferrand and Narbonne, but it was the host club that ultimately shone, securing five podium finishes.

Liam Nys also earned a bronze medal in the Under-18 men’s barebow competition. Completing the impressive haul for Limoux, Cécile Crompton finished third in the adult women’s barebow category.
