Prima Pramac Yamaha racer, Toprak Razgatlioglu, drives his motorbike during the MotoGP pre-season test at the Sepang Circuit, Malaysia, February 5 2026.
BOLASPORT.COM – Being used to being in first place and now being at the bottom is a blow for the Prima Pramac Yamaha racer, Toprak Razgatlioglu, ahead of his debut in MotoGP. The three-time WorldSBK champion felt angry and lost his enthusiasm.
The MotoGP pre-season test on February 3-5 at the Sepang Circuit, Malaysia, did not go smoothly for Toprak Razgatlioglu.
The technical problem alarm from the Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha) incident meant that he and the other Tuning Fork racers were forced to become spectators on the second day of testing.
It was reported that the potential of the Yamaha YZR-M1 iron horse was not released completely just in case Razgatlioglu et al. pave again on the last day.
Razgatlioglu also admitted that he was angry because he got a bad lap time in the morning session. He was the slowest with a time of 1 minute 59.314 seconds.
As an illustration, that time score would only make Razgatlioglu start last in qualifying for the Malaysian GP last season.
For racers who over the last two years have become accustomed to winning and winning their 2nd and 3rd titles in a row in WorldSBK, it is understandable that this is difficult to accept.

“That makes me angry,” said Razgtlioglu, reported by BolaSport.com from Motorsport.com.
“I am quite good at braking but have problems understanding tire degradation,” added El Turco.
