The popular American show The Pat McAfee Show this week had RCD Espanyol as the protagonist again. In the middle of the countdown to the Super Bowl, the presenter and former NFL player received a blue and white t-shirt as a gift, and the best thing is that everything happened live, in front of a million-dollar audience.

McAfee, JJ Watt and a winking parakeet that crosses the Atlantic
The program hosted by Pat McAfee is broadcast from ESPN and has become one of the most followed sports venues in the United States. Part of its pull has to do with the habitual presence of JJ WattNFL legend and part of Espanyol’s shareholders since Alan Pace took control of the blue and white club, who does not miss the opportunity to mention the RCDE. But this time it was McAfee who received the elastic parakeeta gesture that sparked jokes, reactions and the occasional football mention in a relaxed tone.

Heading to the Super Bowl… with a little blue and white
McAfee and his team are preparing the trip to San Francisco to cover the Super Bowl, but they will do so with a new souvenir in their suitcase: an Espanyol shirt that, although it was a simple detail, has once again put the club on the American media radar.
