EXCLUSIVE: TUCSON Arizona — Sheriff investigating mother’s apparent kidnapping of “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie was seen sitting near the front row at a college basketball game Saturday night, even as Guthrie and his two brothers posted a touching plea on Instagram for their mother to return safely.

Fox News obtained photos of Pima County Sheriff Chris, who faces increased scrutiny as the investigation into the disappearance drags on.
