The Regional Disciplinary Commission acts for the good of Basketball in Occitanie.
Our wish would be to have no files to process! Communication through prevention is essential. All stakeholders in your club must be made aware. Messages must be regular throughout the season and monitoring of their response must be regular.
Finally, the federation is working on a scale of sanctions that will have to be applied in the coming seasons. This will be based on the sanctions usually applied in the CRDs of France. The CFD will also apply them.
One last point, we are always looking for new members to actively participate in reading the documents in the files, writing the summary and the decision report.
