Defending defender Novi Wieland defeated Amy Tan in three games in the quarterfinals of the women’s singles. Wieland was better than her teammate at BC Drop Shot with 18-21, 21-19 and 21-11. New era in men’s singles
A new era has begun in men’s singles. After five titles for Mark Caljouw and three for Joran Kweekel, it is now time for a new generation. First seeded Noah Haase (Almere) won convincingly in his quarter-final with 21-16 and 21-10 against Jessy Molier (The Flying Shuttle). In the semi-final battle, a confrontation with multiple finalist Aram Mahmoud (Duinwijck, 4) awaits.
