A return to Pittsburgh for Rodgers?
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers is reportedly seriously considering a return to the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2026, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The 42-year-old veteran joined this team by signing a one-year contract last summer.
With Rodgers behind center, the Steelers went 10-6. They qualified for the post-season by finishing first in the North American section. However, they were eliminated in the first round in a humiliating 30-6 loss to the Houston Texans.
It appears Rodgers has spoken with new Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy several times since he was hired in late January.
The pilot led the quarterback for 13 seasons with the Green Bay Packers, from 2006 to 2018. The duo won Super Bowl XLV during the 2010 season and Rodgers won two of his four NFL MVP awards during that span.
