Newcastle United are showing keen interest in Tyler Morton in the event Sandro Tonali leaves the club in the summer. As ‘Caught Offside’ reports, the Magpies are currently leading the way in courting the 23-year-old. Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest also have the midfielder on their list.

A farewell to Tonali is becoming increasingly likely after the 25-year-old was linked to Arsenal FC in the past winter transfer window. Juventus Turin is also showing great interest. Should the Italian leave, Morton will be the northern English club’s main transfer target. However, the former Liverpool professional has not yet shown any signs of wanting to leave Olympique Lyon early.
