Silver and bronze in Altenberg: Latvian lugers won an award in the team relay

Altenberg, Germany – The Latvian luge junior national team won third place in the team relay of the World Junior Championship on Sunday in Germany, on the Altenberg track, proving the strength and performance of Latvian athletes in the international arena. This success adds to the team’s overall streak of success in this championship.

The Latvian team was represented in the relay by Jānis Gruzdulis, Margita Sirsniņa and the double team Edvards Marts Markitāns/Roberts Lazdāns.
