The Mexican team will have its third game of 2026 in Querétaro with only players from the Liga MX
Iceland will be the third synodal of the Mexican team in this World Cup year and Javier Aguirre has his call ready for next week’s game Queretaro.
The Mexican team revealed the call through a video on social networks, where the mascot of the selection toured various parts of Querétaro following clues to reveal the players who will be part of the friendly match in La Corregidora.
The list still does not include European players, since, like the duels in Panama and Bolivia, This match is played outside of a FIFA Date, so They were only called Liga MX footballers.

Another surprise on the selection list is Guillermo Martínez from Pumas, who has a goal in the Clausura 2026. His last call-up was for the quarterfinals of the Concacaf Nations Legue, where he was part of the match against Honduras in the first leg.
