Comment from Koki Yabuuchi HC

First of all, even though the game was on a weekday, I felt a lot of people from Kagawa came out to support us today. I’m glad that we were able to win in that situation. It’s not easy for the players to play four races in one week, so I’m grateful that they were able to get through it without any major injuries. Every game has challenges, and today the first lineup had their own challenges that were a little more obvious, but the second lineup cleared them up, and we were able to do what we needed to do as a team again during the game, so I think it was good. In this way, we don’t care about anyone else, we fight as a team. That’s the way we play, so I think this was a good match that allowed us to reaffirm that.

Comment from Jacob Lumpkin

I think we did well as a team, and I’m glad we won. The players who came off the bench did a good job today, and thanks to that we were able to win. Especially in the first half, everyone passed to me when I was open, and I think that led to the score. Next time we’ll be playing against a team in the playoffs at the Arena, so I’m looking forward to it, and we’ve won eight in a row, so we’ll do our best to extend this to 10 straight wins.
