There have been many reasons for a suspension by the NBA, but perhaps Jaxson Hayes’ one beats them all. The center of the Los Angeles Lakers was indeed suspended for one game for pushing the Washington Wizards mascotG-Wiz, during the presentation of the quintets of the last match between the yellow-viola and the team from the capital last week. A video emerged after the news shows Hayes pushingperhaps as a joke but in a truly dangerous way, the mascot while the latter with a flag in hand is running off the field, causing it to end up against one of the dancers who was instead entering the parquet. Hayes will thus miss the Lakers’ internal match contro i Philadelphia 76ers in two days, and will lose about $40,000 for the suspension race. Hayes will be featured in the upcoming All-Star Weekend dunk contest.
