The Hornets’ last streak of at least six consecutive wins was in March 2016.
Ball and his teammates were also ahead by 17 points after the break, before the Spurs comeback who returned to a basket away. In the final, however, Charlotte did not tremble, Wembanyama and his teammates managed some possessions badly, Miller closed the games from the foul line.
The winger is the Hornets’ top scorer with 26 points and 8 rebounds, excellent performance from Sexton off the bench with 21 points (5/5 from three) and 3 assists in 17 minutes. Ball scores 18 points with 8 rebounds and 8 assists, the French center Diabatè confirms his excellent moment with 12 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 blocks.
For the Spurs, 20 points were scored by rookie Harper, 16 each for Wembanyama (8 rebounds) and Castle (9 assists).
