According to consistent media reports, top player James Harden is moving from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Cleveland Cavaliers within the National Basketball Association (NBA). As part of a player swap, Darius Garland is to move to California.
Harden led the best basketball league in the world as the top point scorer for three straight seasons from 2018 to 2020. This season, the 36-year-old ranks 20th with 25.4 points per game.
New mode in the All-Star Game
That wasn’t enough to be nominated for the NBA All-Star Game on February 15th in Inglewood. The teams were announced on Tuesday. The mode is new this time.
Two US selections match with a world selection, and the two best teams then fight for the title in the final. The world selection has to do without the nominee Giannis Antetokounmpo due to injury; Deni Avdija, Luka Doncic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Pascal Siakam, Karl-Anthony Towns and Victor Wembanyama are expected to judge.
