The French biathlete is now at the top of the hierarchy of French athletes with the most medals at the Olympics.
With his bronze medal in the mass start of the 2026 Olympics, his ninth Olympic medal, biathlete Quentin Fillon Maillet became on Friday the French athlete with the most medals at the Olympics, summer and winter combined. Former biathlete Martin Fourcade remains the most successful with his six gold medals.
