There’s no point crying over spilled milk. But, at the end of the day, the regret of coach Kidd is to not have gotten a healthy version of the entire team built around the defense of Davis.
“It was a shame about his health. We never got to see everyone play together. Not just AD, but also Kyrie Irving and Cooper Flagg. Unfortunately we didn’t have that opportunity. But AD is an incredible player and a fantastic person. We wish him the best.” said the coach, in a recent interview with Christian Clark (The Athletic).
