Fluminense Lima Loan: Financials & Contract Details

Fluminense has advanced negotiations for the loan of midfielder Lima to América-MEX. According to the agreement under discussion, the Rio de Janeiro club will receive US$ 150,000 (about R$ 780,000 at the current exchange rate) for the temporary transfer of the player to Mexican football. The information was initially reported by journalist Victor Lessa.

In addition to the loan amount, América-MEX is expected to cover 100% of the midfielder’s salary during the period he is playing for the club. The contract under negotiation also includes a purchase option at the end of the term, with pre-set values.

Despite the progress in negotiations, the deal is not yet fully closed. Final adjustments remain between the parties for the agreement to be officially finalized.

Lima has a contract with Fluminense until the end of 2027 and, if the negotiation is concluded, the player’s departure will be on loan, with the economic rights remaining linked to the Rio de Janeiro club.
