1. General presentation
The French Club Championships take place once a year and are played in a “single match championship” format except in exceptional cases.

2. Condition of participation
Clubs having finished on the podium of the French Ligue 1 championships in 2023/2024 are automatically qualified for the 2024/2025 French championships. They are therefore not obliged to participate in the 2024/2025 Regional Championships. The other teams must go through the regional championships to qualify in their respective division for 2024/2025.
A team which did not participate in the French Championships in 2023/2024 will be placed in Ligue 3 or 4 for the 2024/2025 season, according to its national ranking fixed as of February 23, 2025 (subject to available places):

The club “Les Phoenix – ATB” (3rd in Ligue 1 in 2023/2024) will not participate in the 2024/2025 Club CDF.

The French championship is divided into 4 leagues, the composition of which is detailed in the table below (subject to confirmation of participation).

Tournament Fees : 120€ per team

3. Team composition
Each team must be made up of 6 to 9 players, all from the same club. No exemptions will be accepted. During each match, a team fields between 6 and 9 starting players.
No substitutions possible during a match.

4. Game formula
The matches take place in relays of 42 points, divided into 7 levels. The levels to reach are: 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 and 42 points. A draw can occur if both teams reach 41 points. Organization of the elements The 6 elements take place in the following order:

  • D1: Double (1st team at 6 points)

  • D2: Double (1st team at 12 points)

  • D3: Double (1st team at 18 points)

  • S1: Singles (1st team at 24 points)

  • D4: Double (1st team at 30 points)

  • S2: Singles (1st team at 36 points)

  • D5: Double (1st team to 42 points or draw at 41:41)

Composition rules:

  • STUDUS, D2, d2 : 6 distinct players must be lined up.

  • Elements S1, D4, S2, D5 : 6 distinct players must be lined up (they do not have to be the same as those used in D1, D2 and D3).

  • Constraint : A player cannot play two consecutive elements (i.e. D3 and S1).

5. Progress of matches

  • table name : The matches are played on 2 tables, the next element is prepared on the second table.

  • Time between elements : A 90-second break is provided between each element to allow table preparation and player training.

  • Time Out : Each team has a timeout of 30 seconds per element. These downtimes cannot be carried over to the following items.
