FC Blau-Weiß Linz Loan Exit | Player Update

Departure from FC Blau-Weiß Linz: Muharem Huskovic’s loan from Vienna Austria is canceled prematurely. The 22-year-old is leaving the Stahlstadt club and joining the Bosnian first division club FK Zeljeznicar Sarajevo. The offensive player has signed a contract with the six-time champions until the summer of 2028.

For Linz, the Austria striker’s second loan spell after Hartberg, Huskovic made 14 appearances in the current season, but was only on the pitch for 154 minutes. However, the attacker was unable to score a goal.

This would probably not have changed under neo-coach Michael Köllner. Huskovic was told early in preparation that he would play little role in the Blue and White’s plans.
