The Brazilian phenomenon Endrick, who has been a delight since his arrival on loan from Real Madrid, went with his shot (80th) to put the Gones on the right path, before Afonso Moreira’s break in the money-time (2-0, 90th + 4).
Logic respected to the end
The OGC Nice came much closer to the accident. Against Montpellier (L2), the Aiglons trailed until the 89th minute. First trailing by two goals (3rd, 69th), they equalized thanks to Kaïl Boudache (72nd), 19, and Antoine Mendy (89th). Coming into play as the first scorer, Sofiane Diop scored a wonderful curling shot from a complicated angle to qualify the “Gym” in the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France (3-2).
Finally, the evening ended with the least suspenseful part. Held in check at the break by Troyes, Lens struck three times in eight minutes to widen the gap, through Abdallah Sima (50th, 58th) and Andrija Bulatovic in the interval (52nd). The Ligue 2 leader scored a second time on the hour mark, without shaking the runner-up of PSG (4-2) in L1 too much. An evening on the theme of respect for logic.
