San Isidro showed its best version in El Nido and came away with a solid victory against Sportivo Suardi by 90 to 74, in a new commitment for the Northern Conference of the Argentine League.
El Rojo went from minor to major and ended up imposing authoritative conditions on his people.
The start was even, with a balanced and intense first quarter, where both teams dominated. However, from the second segment everything became San Isidro’s, which began to build its strength from an aggressive, intense and well-coordinated defense, which complicated each of Suardi’s offensive attempts.
With recoveries and constant pressure, the local team was able to run the field and, when they had to play parked, they showed that they have many offensive weapons at home. The red team moved the ball well, found comfortable shots and began to make clear differences on the scoreboard.
The last quarter was a pure three-pointer, with San Isidro lighting up from the perimeter to finish off the story. The scoring was distributed, one of the great keys of the night, showing variations and collective solidity on both sides of the field.
With this victory, San Isidro confirms its strength as a local, remaining undefeated and will now go on tour again: it will visit Villa San Martín and Comunicaciones in Corrientes, in a demanding double presentation away from home.
