A slip-up which earned him a suspension from his functions with the broadcaster beIN Sports. Questioned by our colleagues from The Team this Wednesday, the ex-commentator made a point of apologizing: “It’s a terrible mistake […] a shithole. It was a dirty joke and I completely missed it.”
He then added: “I should never have said that, and it hurts me to be judged by this unfortunate word that does not correspond to me. With Gaëtane, I think the incident is over, but I am well aware of having put a lot of people at odds. […] I am deeply sorry.” Then Daniel Bravo concludes: “I understand my antenna suspension. I think I’ll come back, though. But the moment is complicated, because I have the impression of being a punching bag, a man on the ground who is being kicked.”.
