Magnificent tournament with great intensity experienced this Sunday in the Municipal Pavilion of Torrijos during the U19 Women’s Cup 2026 in which the best in the competition have seen each other in a beautiful tournament.

Jesus Flores (1/2/2026) | A few minutes ago, Baloncesto Valdepeñas Albert was proclaimed Champion of the Castilla-La Mancha Women’s U19 Cup after beating Farmacia Ana Fernández CB La Solana in the grand final.
The match had only one color, that of the Valdepeñero team, which dominated the match very forcefully without giving any options to the solaneras who saw how the only undefeated team in the league beat them with solvency. Thus, Monchi’s team repeats the title achieved last season, as does Crespo’s team, who achieved a new cup runner-up position.
Present at the Award Ceremony were the Mayor, Andrés Martín, and the Sports Councilor of the Torrijos City Council, Álvaro Ramírez, as well as the director of the Castilla-La Mancha Basketball Federation, Ricardo Fábrega, leading the Torrije delegation. The best player of the tournament was the Baloncesto Valdepeñas player Natalia Solera.
They repeated the solaneras at the end as they did last season. A tight victory in a very close match against BAZU Baloncesto Azudense in which Ángel Crespo’s team managed to stay at the top of the scoreboard for much of the match to end up certifying their place in the grand final of the tournament. Guillermo Moreno’s team gave their all on the court but in the end it was not enough to avoid defeat.
On the other hand, in the second semifinal, the Valdepeñeras showed off their great superiority in the league and won, like the previous year in the semifinals, against Baloncesto Talavera. The Talavera tried to stop the wine storm led by Natalia Solera, but it is a complicated task. Triumph for Valdepeñas that put them in a new Cup final.
