Thierry Bouille will be on the whistle for the match between AS Saint-Étienne and Stade Lavallois this Saturday at 8 p.m. for the 24th day of the French Ligue 2 championship. He will be assisted by Florent Marmion and Sébastien Lemaire. Edgar Barenton will be the fourth referee.
This will be only the second time that Thierry Bouille will referee AS Saint-Étienne. The first was already in Ligue 2 during the 2023-2024 season, also at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium and it will not bring back good memories for the Greens. Olivier Dall’Oglio’s ASSE lost a goal to zero in the Cauldron against Amiens.
On the other hand, Thierry Bouille refereed Laval 14 times. The results are rather negative for the Laval residents with four victories for the Mayenne club, four draws and six defeats, the last of which was against Dunkirk on December 12 (1-2).
