Archery Course Zapala: Beginner’s Guide

During the month of March at Club Tiro Federal de Zapala, an introductory introductory course to Archery will be held as an admission to new archers.

The Archery activity has been carried out in the club since 2021 and with the course that will be taught on the four Saturdays of the month, new archers will be welcomed to join the athletes who are already practicing and representing the club.

They can join this sport from the age of 10, with no age or physical condition limit. It is not required that they have their own experience or equipment since it will be provided in the classes.

The Federal Zapala Shooting Club in its Archery activity has been federated for three years and participates in the annual circuit of tournaments in the region that has several clubs that practice this discipline in the provinces of Neuquén and Río Negro in the Indoor, Outdoor and Field Game modalities, between the months of March to November, obtaining better results year after year.

Archery is a sports discipline of precision and concentration that consists of shooting arrows with a bow towards a target (target) to obtain the maximum score.

Archery offers comprehensive benefits, strengthening muscles in the back, shoulders and arms, in addition to improving hand-eye coordination and balance.

On a mental level, it encourages intense concentration, patience and discipline, serving as a relaxation and stress relief technique.
