The ABN AMRO Open in Rotterdam (February 9th to 15th, 2026) has to cope with severe setbacks this year. Both top seed Alexander Zverev (ankle problems) and defending champion Carlos Alcaraz canceled their participation at short notice. Nevertheless, the ATP 500 event in the Ahoy Arena remains star-studded and now offers other stars the stage for the title.

The Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, who is always extremely dangerous indoors, is also one of the biggest contenders for the trophy. With Jack Draper, Karen Khachanov, Cameron Norrie, Toma Machac, Arthur Rinderknech and Stefanos Tsitsipas, other players from the top 30 and/or prominent names are registered.
German and Austrian participants
After Zverev’s cancellation, German hopes rest primarily on Jan-Lennard Struff and Dominik Koepfer, who will try to cause surprises in the strong 500 field.
Special Guests
A special highlight for the Dutch fans: Stan Wawrinka has received a wildcard and will play in the Ahoy Arena.
