SELANGOR – The results of the 2026 MotoGP Shakedown Test on the third day, Saturday (31/1/2026) afternoon WIB, are already known. Aleix Espargaro was again the fastest.

This test was held at the Sepang International Circuit, Selangor, Malaysia, from Thursday 29 January 2026. The session was only attended by factory team test drivers, rookies and manufacturers who received concessions.

Therefore, Espargaro, who is actually a Honda Racing test racer, took part. He was the fastest on the third day with a time of 1 minute 57.137 seconds.

Interestingly, in second place is occupied by his younger brother, Pol Espargaro. The KTM test rider was only 0.126 seconds behind Aleix Espargaro.

Then positions three to five are dominated by Yamaha racers. Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins finished third and fourth, while Jack Miller was fifth.

Aleix Espargaro’s record time today successfully destroyed Jack Miller’s time on the second day. On the second day, Miller was the fastest with a record of 1 minute 57.908 seconds.
